Abel Creations Inc endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current Abel Creations Inc products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Abel Creations Inc reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at ogabel.com at any time.

Sales Tax
Abel Creations Inc puchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. If the sales tax rate for the state in which your order is shipping changes before the product is shipped, the new tax rate in effect at the time of shipping will apply. the invoice that Abel Creations Inc mails to you will include any applicable sales tax.
8.75% Sales tax should be added for California residents.
Return Policy
Please note that Abel Design only permits the return of products due to an Abel Design shipping or order processing error and that all sales are final. if you have received an incorrect product due to an Abel Design shipping or order processing error, please use the following return process:
1. Please contact Abel Creations Inc customer sevice at (909) 548-0474 to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. A RMA request must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the product in accordance with Abel Design's return policy (noted above).
2. If the RMA is approved, a RMA number will be issued. The support representative will also provide you with infomation on how to return the product to Abel Design.
3. In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned to the Abel Design warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging.
NOTE: Abel Creations Inc recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Abel Creations Inc or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

Defective Items
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Abel Creations branded product, please contact Abel Creations customer service at 909.548.0474. Defective products must be reported in 3 business days after you receive the product.
Shipping
Shipping Options:
As a service to our customers, Abel Creation's provides ground shipping on every order at an additional charge. Orders shipped by ground service should arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.
If you prefer a faster method of shipment, you may choose to pay for express shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order.
Express-shipped orders should arrive within 2 business days after shipping.
Rush shipping is only available by calling our customer service (909)548-0474 by 1:00 p.m. PST Monday- Friday (holidays excluded).
Customers must call to confirm availability and shipping requirements. Additional freight charges will apply depending on shipping instructions.
We will guarantee same day shipping for a rush and handling fee of $20.00, regardless of order size or total, if order is received before 1p.m. PST, Monday – Friday. This is in addition to the shipping charges.
Priority overnight, 2nd and 3rd day air shipping are also available, cost depends upon the size and weight of the package.
Rush orders are shipped by UPS or Federal Express and delivered within the time frame requested. UPS or Federal Express cannot send Rush orders to a P.O. Box.
Note: Title and risk of loss to all product will pass to you upon shipment from Abel Creation's shipping location. However, it is Abel Creation's policy to replace product lost or damaged in transit.
1. Freight charges, including those for unclaimed shipments, will be charged to the customer.
2. Refused, returned, or canceled orders wll be charged a 25% restocking fee.

* All sales at the Abel Creations are governed by California law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
